The speech and each language track are recorded as separate files. The Russian, English and any other track are kept apart: you can give an international attendee just their language without any editing.
When the files are ready
Right after the recording stops. There is no processing to wait for. If the speaker’s tab dropped mid-session, the recording is completed automatically.

The “Recordings” section of the admin panel: a player for listening and downloads by track.
Where they are stored
In the cloud of a Russian provider (Beget S3), with daily backups. More in Where data and recordings are stored.
Who gets access
Access is granted by the organization’s administrator. Every access to a protected recording is logged in an append-only log: access entries cannot be changed or deleted after the fact. For closed sessions, this is exactly the audit trail a security team asks for.
