The platform runs on servers in Russia. The production environment is hosted at Selectel, recordings are stored in the Beget S3 cloud. Platform data is not stored in public foreign clouds, and there are no foreign services in the audio delivery chain.
Backups
- Database backups: daily, retained for 14 days, 8 weeks and 6 months
- Media file backups: daily, retained for 14 days
- Backup disks are encrypted (LUKS)
Access to recordings
Users are created by the organization’s administrator: self-registration is disabled. Every access to a protected recording goes into an append-only log that cannot be altered after the fact.
Isolation
- An interpreter sees only their own broadcasts, other broadcasts are not available to them
- The output language channel is checked on the server: nobody can hijack someone else’s interpretation channel
- The intercom is private, nobody can join someone else’s line
- Multi-tenancy is available for event agencies: several organizations on one platform with their data fully isolated from each other
