The event administrator creates your account and sends you a link like
/j/<code>/team. That is all you need to get started.
Step 1. Enter the booth
- Open the link from the administrator
- On the “Team sign-in” page, enter your email and password
- Click “Sign in”. The platform opens the interpreter booth automatically
If you have signed in on this device before, the booth opens without asking for the password again.
Step 2. Check the sound
Open the settings (the icon in the top right corner) and check:
- Microphone: select the device you will speak into
- Headphones: make sure the selected ones are the ones you are wearing
- Listening to: the field should be set to “Floor” so you hear the speaker’s original
Step 3. Start interpreting
Click “Start interpreting” in the center of the screen. The button turns red: listeners can now hear you.
Speak into the microphone. When you need to stop, click “Stop interpreting”.

If something goes wrong
No sound in the headphones. Open the settings and make sure the right output device is selected.
The browser will not allow microphone access. The first time you open the booth, click “Allow” in the pop-up. If you closed it by accident, click the lock icon in the address bar, enable microphone access manually, then reload the page.
The booth shows “Please wait”. The administrator has not started the broadcast yet. Reload the page in a minute.
It says this seat is already open on another device. Click “Connect here”: the booth moves to the current device.
